学术成果:

 先后在工业界与学术界顶尖的有机光电实验室针对有机电子器件中的若干重要问题进行了研究。在理解器件寿命与光强关系的基础上通过像素设计,解决了有机发光二极管(OLED)显示面板的寿命问题;通过磁场效应与器件物理研究,发现有机半导体中激子自旋统计的控制方法以及揭示光伏器件效率损耗通道;通过器件结构和制备工艺创新,实现了低成本低功耗的有机存储器件。近年来在该领域发表包括NatureApplied Physics Letters 等在内的SCI 论文20 余篇,其中第一(或通讯)作者10 篇包括Nature Communications 1 篇。获授权美国专利6 项,向工业界转让专利申请权1项。发明美国专利(US7443093,第一发明人)使得OLED 显示面板寿命至少提高一倍,解决了其走向市场的一个瓶颈问题,已经被市场上OLED 显示屏广泛采用。
